A 36-year-old Kirkland man accused within the tried homicide of his two kids has had his court docket proceedings delayed till late December.
After his final look in court docket, the West Island resident was despatched for a psychiatric analysis on the Pinel Institute. The transfer was agreed on by the Crown and the defence to find out if he’s criminally accountable.
