The PC authorities is being criticized for cancelling the cap-and-trade program to restrict greenhouse gasoline emissions — which Premier Doug Ford branded a carbon tax that was doing nothing to guard the atmosphere.

The report slams the Progressive Conservatives for axing the earlier Liberal authorities’s cap-and-trade program to restrict greenhouse gasoline emissions — which Ford branded a carbon tax that was doing nothing to guard the atmosphere.
